Tahboub Online accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Card payment on delivery
  • CliQ bank transfer using the alias TAHBAPP

There are no additional fees for cash or card payment on delivery.

Placing an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order. Our sales team may contact customers by phone to confirm order details before processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Key conditions:

  • Change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days after delivery.
  • Products returned due to a change of mind must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, sealed in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories, documentation, warranty documents, and the invoice.
  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-matching products are subject to inspection and the applicable return, warranty, and after-sales procedures.
  • Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Any applicable return shipping costs or deductions are determined according to the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
