Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return requests may be accepted within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to inspection and the conditions below.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• Sealed in its original packaging
• Returned with all manuals, accessories, labels, warranty documents, and invoice

Products that are opened, used, installed, unsealed, damaged, or missing any original items cannot be returned due to change of mind.

If the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the confirmed order, Tahboub Appliances will inspect the case and provide the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-matching upon delivery:

• Products that have been opened, used, installed, unsealed, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Products missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, warranty documents, or invoice
• Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items
• Special-order or customized products
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, improper care, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair

To request a return, please contact Tahboub Appliances Service Center within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos or video of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-matching product, Tahboub Appliances will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the original order included free delivery, the actual delivery cost paid by Tahboub Appliances may be deducted from the refund amount in change-of-mind cases.

Delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from Tahboub Appliances.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the refund amount may be reduced by applicable costs, such as return shipping, original delivery cost, installation fees, or service fees.

If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the confirmed order, Tahboub Appliances will provide the appropriate solution after inspection. This may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, either when our sales team contacts the customer to confirm the delivery location and payment method, or by sending a cancellation request through the website chat before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Direct exchanges are available for damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-matching products, subject to inspection and stock availability.

For change-of-mind requests, the customer may return the original product only if it meets the return conditions, then place a new order.

Products covered by manufacturer or distributor warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, improper care, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair.
