Delivery
We currently deliver to Amman and its
surrounding areas, Madaba, Zarqa, and the northern governorates.
Delivery inside Amman usually takes up to 48 working hours. For other governorates, deliveries are usually scheduled on a
dedicated weekly delivery day, commonly Saturday or Tuesday, unless it falls on
a public holiday.
Yes, delivery is free.
Yes, floor delivery is available. An elevator is
not required, but access conditions may be reviewed for large appliances.
Installation
Yes, appliances that require installation can be installed by our team, provided that the installation site is properly prepared
by the customer.
Installation is free when the site is ready and
no additional work is required from the installation team.
Tahboub Appliances is an authorized dealer and service provider, with its own service center.
Warranty & Service
Yes, products generally include a one-year
warranty. Some appliances may include an additional warranty on specific components depending on the appliance type, brand, and model.

You can pay on delivery by cash or card, or pay through CliQ using the alias TAHBAPP.
Yes, installment options are available at our
showrooms through selected Arab Bank and Bank al Etihad cards.
Returns & Exchanges
Return requests may be accepted within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to the return policy.
The item must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, sealed in its original packaging, and returned with all manuals, accessories,
labels, warranty documents, and invoice.
Opened, used, installed, unsealed, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be returned due to change of mind.
Tahboub Online will inspect the case and provide the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund
where applicable.
