1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.
Note: Items that are used, washed, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Personal care items, undergarments, or customized products.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at online@tahboub.jo or via our website’s contact form within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide the order number, photo(s) of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item via courier.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
5. Refunds
Since we use Cash-on-Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued as a store credit (gift card or discount code) valid for future purchases on www.tahboubonline.com.
Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
We do not issue cash refunds for COD orders.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order using the store credit issued.
