1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.

Note: Items that are used, washed, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

• Personal care items, undergarments, or customized products.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at online@tahboub.jo or via our website’s contact form within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide the order number, photo(s) of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

If your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item via courier.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).

• We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

5. Refunds

Since we use Cash-on-Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as follows:

• Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• We do not issue cash refunds for COD orders.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Exchanges
